Big Pay Screw Up

So I go online to my online banking and it says I only made $320 for 80hrs? Well needless to say I was not happy... so I go in to work an hour later and apparently it happened to everyone... Well my big problem is that I will have 2 bounced checks and those 2 companies will charge their own fee's for the checks bouncing... luckily though my supervisor says she'll try to refund me the money... what happened is the accountant is new and this was her first payroll... Has this ever happened to you? How did you react?
