Suspicion kills..!

A suspicion that the man she had married secretly was having an affair with another woman drove 26 year old school teacher to end her life by hanging her self at her home in Kolkata,India.She left a note that she had been suffering because of her suspicious nature and nobody was responsible for her death.Is it right to suspect-can suspicion be so harmful that you lose your mental balance and commit suicide?Does suspicion kill?How to overcome this suspicious nature?

I think the way to handle that is to confront those people and find out if your suspicions are correct. I don't know if it could kill. I guess anything is possible sometimes.
