how long do you sleep everyday?

during weeknights i ussually get 5-6 hours of sleep only since i need to wake up early to prepare for work, how about you?

I sleep a retarded amount, I have actually seen my doctor about it on vrious occasions. I find that on average I need about 10 hours of sleep a night to feel good. Does that seem wierd? I do not work outside the home and although I do alot of housework and handle all of the household issues such as bill and stuff I am a certain that the physical demand is far less then what my husband has to do at work and yet I need way more sleep than him. I often feel like I need to take a nap in the afternoon too, especially if I get up early in the morning.

Getting a good REM (Rapid eye movement or simply sleeping) is depended on the individual's age. If your a minor or not older than 21, you need 8-10 hours sleep. beyond it is oversleeping and will cause a few hours of fatigue and headache. If your an adult or older, 5-8 hours of sleep is required. Always remember that its more dangerous not to sleep than not to eat. Of course it is more deadly not to do both. You guys stay health! Don't forget to rate! thanks! By the way, I'm a engineer but my sister studied in medical school... So, I hope i stand credible.

in holidays i sleep about 10 hours in a day and in working days i sleep about 6-7 hours in a day, but i am still sleepy when i am sleeping 6-7 hours in a day.

i usually sleep late at night i don't know why i cant sleep early maybe because i used to sleep late... i just sleep for 4 to 5 hours and i think its not really good i feel weak and my feeling is not good and not good for the skin too... so we should at least get sleep 8 hours....

this summer i slept about 10-11 hours. during school days i slept about 7 hours only
