should cell phone banned in college?

yes when they are inside the classroom and library no mobile because u need to concentrate...maybe after class you can use it

I really think Cell-phone should be banned inside the running classes, but later in the college campus we can use mobile,as it has become an important gadget that we need to carry all the time.

Colleges (and schools) are for study, but then technology makes it possible for everyone to be in touch. I feel you cannot ban cell phones, but yes, they should always be in the vibration mode - no funky tunes in class - and should be used only for emergencies. But of course the kids are not going to listen, so are we back to square one?

i think t should'nt be baned coz its very important incase of emergency
