Which would you choose?

If you had the chance to spend a day and possibly more with an old love you still have feelings for or start something new with someone new which would you pick and why?

I think I would pick someone new. There is a reason the person was an ex. You can love someone but know that you can not be with that person for one reason or another. I would want to start anew.

That's a good point but what if the reason they are an ex is because someone else was lieing to them hoping to have you instead?

oh, and I forgot to add you were not yet established so it was easy for them to believe the lies? Would you take that chance then?

i agree with jmcafam, there must be a reason why they are called "ex", so i'd rather go with someone new. the only exception for me to choose an old love would be an "unfinished business". however, i try to always have closure so moving forward is always my direction :) spending time with someone new is always a thrill, coz it's fresh, it's a clean slate, and it gives us the chance of creating better memories.
