Stay at home Jobs?

Is there any stay at home jobs that actually seriously work. Also, is there any that you don't have to put loads of money into? I have been on a search for a reliable at home job. I am cuurently a Independant Beauty Consultant for "MK" (Mary Kay) and it is Fantastic, but as of right now I don't have time to throw parties and all that. I know you must put in energy and time but is there anything out there that is known to really work? I have also done other home base jobs and are such a waste and you MUST know tons of people to get anywhere and musty have hubndreds to even get started. Let me know what you think or even know? -Lora

Ebay is also so huge! I get these e-mails from time to time about ebay and those I think are just scams but if I did go directly to the source I know they are far from scams and I know they are so huge and would def. make money off of it, I just need the supplys and training for it and I would be up to it for sure. Thanks for the tip. -Lora

I've also been searching for something I can do at home to earn cash. I've recently retired, but need something to "keep me out of trouble"...lol. I've been earning small amounts by joining sites like myLot.com, and doing online surveys or paid emails, etc. As you probably know, these sites do pay, but they are not 'get rich quick' sites. I've looked into many and varied schemes (and some "scams"); so far, I have not invested any money to purchase any "plans", but there might be some that are legitimate. I invite you to also visit my own blog at: http://w1z111-earnmoneyonline.blogspot.com/, where I have a few links to some other sites. Good luck!

OH I hate surveys! They just take forever and for me, it seem as if I had to spend more then anything.UGH that was frustrating and I would get so many pop ups with other "great offers".. I sure hope you find something too, I know it is so hard these days to really find something that YOUR interested in and something that works for you and what works! Read the above comments/discussions and who knows who just might find something that could trigger your interest! Good luck and I wish you the very best! -Lora

99,9% internet earning schemes are scam. I have a real work at home but nothing to do with earn online. I work as graphics designer.

have you tried selling avon? you dont have to throw parties, just find people to give the magazines to and stay in touch to sell the items, I did that for a while and I am now trying to get back into it. I think it costs like $15 to start.

Hi Lora. I own a landscaping company but without ebay I wouldn't be where I am today. I started selling on ebay while working full time. As my ebay business grew I saw there was less need to work for someone. So I quit my job and pursued what I want to do. I actually made more on ebay than I made working full time. There was a lot of work involved and it takes hours of work. It is laborious unless you sell digital items. I have items listed but I can not work full time with my landscaping company and sell on ebay like I did. I have to sleep sometime. LOL

The costs vary depending on what you sell. When I was selling full time I often paid them $900+ a month. To get started you need a product.

As they say "you must know people" and I do find that true and I thank everyone for being such a huge help! Good luck to you, let me know if you find a great site that works for you! -Lora

Over the last several weeks I have been doing some research on wah jobs. Here are some sites that I have found. workathomeagent.com - I am currently in the training process for this one. It cost absolutely nothing & you can do it at home. working.sol.com/home.htm - I have not signed up for this one yet but they have been featured on cnn, fox & abc liveops.com arise.com These sites are some that I have found that have been reccomended by news programs. Arise use to be willow. I have others but have not finished researching them quite yet. What I have found when searching for work at home opportunities is to not use the work at home term but use phrases like: telecommute, virtual assistant. Also you can go to simplyhired.com they have a huge database. In fact there is an opprtunity right now on there from office team. Type in chat jobs when you get to the main page. Hope this helps you in your search for a legit way in working at home.

Yes, I would also like to have a home job. If many companies offer home jobs, I think the nation doesn't have to spend much gasoline.

It takes lots of perseverence to find a job that pays well that you can do from home. I rely on www.wahm.com to help me find reliable jobs that cost me nothing. This is a wonderful group of mothers who stay home to raise their children, but work as well. Check out their message boards. Networking is a great way of finding things that really work.

My wife sells used books on Amazon and we have bought a scanner on a pocket PC that is updated daily with what the value of books that are selling on certain sites. It cost about $600.00 to start up using this system but now when she scouts thrift shops she can tell if book book is in demand and worth buying. We have friend that found a woman who was wanting to sell several boxes of books for $25.00, so he called her with a few titles and numbers of the books and she was able to tell him to buy them. She just scanned one that we thought was worthless and it is listed for 50 bucks. It does require some time and investment, but does pay off in the long run.
