Does anyone know of a Johnny Pro II guitar?

I have this guitar, I got as a gift. The person who bought it for me got it at an auction. I think this guitar may be German, but I am not sure.
If you have ever heard of a Johnny Pro II guitar, I would like to know how good are the guitars, are they like Fender/Gibson or like a starter guitar? Thanks for the help!

I will ask a friend of mine who knows all about guitars, but he wouldn't be out of bed yet being a musician, he will be brutally honest though, he calls a spade a spade and guitars are his life.....someone will probably answer you before i get back to you but just in case I will still ask him and get back to you...
