Call temp agencies! I know that sounds crazy, but both my husband and myself just got two excellent contract, work at home jobs from a local temp agency.

I think that I will try that Monday morning. My daughter and I are planning to deliver phone books starting next week too as we have done it before and made some decent money. It is hard work but I don't mind it at all. I am thankful that my daughter is old enough to drive now and that I won;t have to do all of it. I also plan to start a new part time job at a tanning salon in a couple of weeks and I think that I will really like it. There is always some way to make some extra money. I wish I could find more online to do but I think that I will someday.

I don't know what skills you have, but if you contact a temp agency you can get a PT or FT job in an office that will pay fairly well. And you have the option of taking a temp to hire position or just temp work that you can leave whenever you want.

There's also another one that my sister-in-law told me about called Alpine Access. I applied there about a week and a half ago. Actually forgot about it. Today I came across an email from them asking me to do a pre-interview test. Said I should hear back from them in about 10 days.

Call temp agencies is located where? Does it accept international workers? Not all of us are from the US here, but I personally would like to get some writing job...

The agencies would have to be in the area you live in. I know here in the US you have to physically go in, register with the appropriate documents (ID, SSN card, etc), and often take tests to prove your skill set. I would assume there are similar job finding agencies in any country.

Depending on the work I have always found that a Company called "Labor Ready", was the best because when you are in dire straights, they are the best. They pay you the same day you work.
