how do i use my 3-g cellphone to surf the net?

smart communications is offering a 10 pesos per hour surfing rate through their wap site. i'm just wondering what i should do if i want to do it in my lap top using a 3-g cellphone...

What kind of phone are you using? Nokia cellphones come with a software bundle when you purchase one. Just install it and you'll find a button in there that will let you connect to the internet thru your mobile phone. I'm sure other mobile brands have similar programs. Goodluck :)
