Sometimes I feel very tired, but just can not get asleep after I am on my bed. And it sometime even takes for hours. How lang is it for you? Can you always get fast asleep ?

There is always counting sheep. Try doing someting monotonous while trying to fall asleep, the use of counting sheep is an example, choose something you prefer the continous repetition tends to help the brain relax, makeing it hard to fall asleep. Try doing excersise, not before you go to bed though, this will fisically drain you and help you sleep better. If none of this works, try finding your personal sleep aid I always imagine that I am in the ocean swimming and feel my body get tired the get to the beach an let the tiredness overtake me as I feel the sun warm me. Each person is different, some love to fall asleep while listening to the sound of car races. Find something that works for you. Good luck.

I chase around 2 active kids during the day, plus i'm 8 months pregnant, so it usually doesn't take me very long at all to fall asleep. Even before kids, I usually was able to fall asleep pretty fast.
