Because I dunno How to Use Flash & Dreamweaver...I dunno How to change the details from a template I buy.... ANyone know more about how to build a website?

why do you buy a domain website that you dont know how to publish?why not just starting a blog,you can publish it with easy beside its free and you can learn step by step about templates and tools.
