For me it would be having open comminucation between each other, I want o be able to go to my partner and talk about ANYTHING with him without feeling like im going to be judged. So great communication is a big thing for me.

Being married I say the best love rules are Friendship - You have to have friendship otherwise you won't get along. Trust - If you can trust one another then you have it made. This one is very important LOVE - Very important and obvious. You must love one another and be willing to be there for each other no matter what.

I think the most important things for a loving relationship is LOVE, TRUST, RESPECT and COMMUNICATION! If you lack any of the 4 things that I mentioned then your relationship will NOT work.

When you court a person, you only tend to show your "best" qualities and sides. Later, you tend to see the lesser good qualities and sides of that person as time passes. For me, ACCEPTANCE is most important. Once you accept a person even if that person stinks or does not say nice things to you, or has bad mannerisms, says bad words a lot....no matter how bad that person may be, unless you can accept all those so-called bad traits in him/her, love may not be possible even if trust, understanding is present let alone looks.

Remember your friendship first. If ever you run into having issues with one another, get back to basics, remember your friendship. If a guy asks you out but doesn't act like a friend towards you (just lustish), pass on it.

For me there are no rules for love but when you are in a relationship there must be respect, trust, honesty and love.
