what do you prefer to drink..beer or brandy...

it's not that i drink everyday..its just..when we have a friends gathering theres always a conflict if we gonna go BEER or HARD???what do you suggest...is it true that BEER can make your tummy became big..and HARD can make your skin dry?cheers^-^
