It was about a year and a half of planning, building and photographing. How many pieces of LEGO to build it? more than 75,000 How big is it? About 7 feet by 5 1/2 feet by 30 inches (2.2 m x 1.7 m x .76 m) How many LEGO people does it seat? 1,372 How many windows? 3,976 It features a balcony, a Narthex, stairs to the balcony, restrooms, coat rooms, several mosaics a nave, a baptistry, an altar, a crucifix, a pulpit and an elaborate pipe organ. All I can say is .... "WOW!" Have a blessed and wonderful day, today and everyday! Please remember to dress for any occasion........wear a happy smile on your face. WOW! This is insane! I don't think I could have that kind of patience or time to commit to such a work of art! Then after all those long hours to think one day it might be taken apart... It's really neat though!

Brendan is putting out a couple more books to add on to The Brick Testament. The church is amazing, I saw that a couple of years ago at another website. There are a lot of very cool things that people are doing with Lego bricks. One of the most captivating is a Lego desk that is fully functional.

Holy wow this is amazing! It astounds me how some people can create something so wonderful like this. I loved Legoland even though I didn't ride any rides...just walked around and admired the "art"

It's absolutely amazing. Have you seen the Brick Testament? http://www.thebricktestament.com/ I think that's the site where I first saw the church picture. It's very cleverly done.
