problems occur in breast due to the irregular mansurational cycle

i am facing a problem in my breast .....i gets hard n painful,as if there is a lump...but after some hours it gets back to it;s original position....when i went for a check up my doctor said that it happens due to the irregular mansurational cycle....i want to ask that is it rite ....n is there anybody else who have the same prob???
