When and why do you cry?

Are you a sensitive person? Is crying a good way to express your true emotions or you would rather hold it back. My experience is it feels good to cry from time to time. It relieves stress and problems. :)) How about you?

Yes i am but i reckon even if you're not a sensitive person you still cried when you've got problems. I cried even when im happy. But most of the time i cried when problems striked and its also a good eye therapy i think. After crying it lightens the burden...........

Only when I am pregnant and hormonal. I find myself crying over the little things. I don't think there is anything wrong with crying. I think sometimes there is something wrong with not crying. I have a sister that shows no emotion. Her daughter fell out a window and I was at the hospital hysterical and the nuses came over to comfort me telling me my daughter would be fine just a couple of scratches and I had to tell them i was only he aunt, the woman standing over there with a blank face was the mom. BUt I hate crying when I am angry. Like anger tears. Those are embarassing.

I am a sensitive person. I usually cry over a situation that touches me like watching a dramatic movie, seeing an indigent beg for food yet he/she was being rejected, having a serious argument with a friend, boyfriend, family or even a stranger, being blamed with things I didn't commit, etc.... I cry whenever I feel like crying. At first, I tend to hold it back but after realizing the disadvantages of holding it back I let go of my emotions freely. And it feel so good..
