How Often Do You Post To Your Adsense Blog?

I usually post about five times a week. When I'm extremely busy, I'll usually just post a picture to the blog, for entertainment's sake.
I use the img src HTML tag, it's very convenient.
So, how about you? Once a day? Once a month?

Hi :
As my blog is about stock options trading, I would post an entry whenever I have a winning trade, either with real money or with paper trading.
I like the feeling of sharing my trading experiences as a way of helping those who need help & guidance with their options trading.
This is a way of paying forward for the knowledge that I've gained from my mentor, Dr Clemen and friends who have given tips & techniques on trading.
I would also sometimes share my losing trades as a way of reminding traders (and myself) to learn a lesson from them and not to commit them.
