Usualy just at night, but I do use it in the morning on those days when my mouth feels especially foul.

A tongue cleaner is a must for me since I have bad breath and that helps control it. I have to use it several times a day to help contol the bad breath.

My toothbrush has a tongue cleaner thing on the back of the toothbrush head. It's convienient.:)
