How often do you dress up fancy?

I mean, dress clothes, jewelery, makeup, nice hair updo, ect.
How often do you dress up fancy?
I like to dress up all the time for the fun of it. I tend to dress up even if all I have to do is go buy a pack of cigarettes!
I like to dress up because it makes me feel good about myself. Plus, my husband likes it:P
How about you? How often do you dress up fancy? Do you do it on rare occations, such as a fancy dinner?
Or do you do it quite a bit like me? Why or why not?

I'm somewhat like you too. Although I don't dress up just to get a pack of ciggies.. hehehe.. But I do love to dress up~! It doesn't really matter if it's for dinner, or the movies, or to class. Some of my friends can't seem to understand that I just wanna look good. Even though if I just choose to wear jeans and a simple T, I dress it up with funky accessories and get my makeup on. My boyfriend appreciates that I put in some effort to look good. Some of my friends might think of it as a hassle. But I learned from my grandma and my mom that looking good never is a waste of time. =D
