Can prison employees transfer their employment status from a prison in one state to a prison in a different state? (Not necessarily in the same capacity, unless this is a prerequisite.) Could you please provide me the guidelines and/or criteria for approval of an employee of a state prison to get transferred to another state prison. your assistance in this matter is very much appreciated.
