Problem with Symantec / myLot

I have a problem that whenever I restart win xp, I get a message asking if I want to end the 'cli' application which I found out is something to do with symantec. Does anyone else have this problem? I don't seem to be able to find anything on their website. Thanks.

It's when I bring up the Windows Task Manager, it comes up with cli.exe which says it is to do with symantec. Every time I restart the computer, this program crashes, but whenever I close it, it doesn't affect my virus program at all. Just wondering if this is a common problem. Symantec have no reference to this at all.
