Well as the title suggests, do you fall asleep quickly? Let's say when you're coming back home tired from work and you sit on the couch / sofa to have bit of rest, do you fall asleep quickly? I found some people fallen asleep quickly especially if they've been so tired from work / activities. I don't sleep at couch but once I touch the comfy bed I'll fall asleep quite fast. So how about you?

Not anymore. Most of the time i have difficulties to fall asleep. During my univeristy days... maybe OK. When i get tired then i can fall asleep quick... but now not anymore. With problems and works... not so easy to fall asleep.

Sometimes yes I do fall asleep fast. At other times I find myself tossing and turning in bed even though I've had a rough day. During these times, I just get up and read something in order to condition myself to sleep. Or if I don't have anything handy to read, I watch some late night tv shows til I get sleepy. I don't force myself to sleep though because I won't feel as rested as I should in the morning.

I spend an hour or so in brisk walking exercise in the morning and generally have a day long work at office and therefore I am physically tired by 8 p.m. I go to bed at 10 p.m. and get up at 4 a.m. Normally I fall asleep quickly except when I have some worries worm working in mind.
