The Fourth of July is coming up and I was wondering what is your favorite holiday? I am a total Halloween and Christmas person. I love decorating for those holidays. My husband bought me the Charlie Brown holiday collection of DVDs this past Christmas. Some of my fondest memories comes from Halloween and Christmas. What are your traditions for holidays? What about in other countries...how do you celebrate?

I am also a big fan o Halloween. I love getting the house ready with my son, and getting him the costume that he wants. It really is a wonderful time for kids. I remember my Dad would drag me all over the neighborhood for about 2 hours getting candy. My son doesn't come home with half the candy that I came home with as a child.

I love Halloween! My husband and I always go to the guy I call 'The Pumpkin Man' and we each pick out a pumpkin to carve. We sit out on the front porch and do our best to carve a pumpkin freehand. My husband can but mine always gets mutilated.:)

Happy 4th of July, Flight - Happy 4th of July, my dear Flight.
Hello Flight. It is July 2nd today. In another two days, it will July 4th. I have not any exact idea of July the 4th, but it seems that it is a national holiday of yours as can be seen from words between. Here I wish you "Happy 4th of July" in advance today. Well, we have many holidays in China, like our traditional Spring Festival, Lantern Festival, Tomb-Sweeping Day, May Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, National Holiday, and so on, but my favorite is none of those listed above. My favorite holidays are summer holidays and winter holidays, because they are long holidays that I can enjoy myself at home doing things I like. I am starting to have my summer vacation on the fourth of July till August 25th. I am very happy for the arrival of the summer holidays. Take care, friend.
