How do you feel about cursing?

Should it be done only in anger? Or should badwords be spoken out normally in any given situation to add a certain emphasis (they are just words, after all)? Should they not be said at all? Do you frequently curse? Why? Or do you not curse at all? If so, why don't you?

I try not to, but must admit on occasion a fradulant word has crept out of my mouth. my mother always said that people that curse do so for lack of anything better to say, well thrn to that I must say that there were times when my thinking has been on a real primary level.lol

It's funny I try not to curse either, and I'm good at controlling myself and don't swear at all but most times, if I stub my toe or something I'll say it my head. LOL. My dad always said the same as well, that people that curse regularly just don't know how to articulate their emotions properly. Not sure how true that is though since I have some very intellectual friends who curse like sailors. Ha!

I rarely cuss at all. I do so more on here without spelling it out then I actually say them. Sometimes I will say pi$$, and my daughter gets mad. She seed it as a cuss word. I only see it as another word for pee. I also see the word shut-up or anything that is directed towards another person and meant to put them down, as a cuss word. Like stupid. A movie can be stupid. A thing can be stupid, but if you call a person stupid then I view it as cussing. I just love your milk carton. It makes me wasn't a big cold glass full!

I don't want to, but it does come out sometime when I am angry, or something really bothers me. I usually say the sh---t word but when I am very very angry, or I break something the f== word comes out. It seldom happens, but even seldom is too much, so I try to substitute rats instead. But really you should not curse at all. Bad words are not just words to emphasize the conversation. They are said because the speaker is too lazy to think a more appropriate wrod. The reason they are so common is because some idiot director or writer decided that he wanted to make them common, and got the actors to say them in every sentence.

Yeah it's definitely hard to not say them when they're ALL around us, movies and music and some TV shows and friends. I try not say them because I don't want my little cousins picking them up from me (they copy my every move) or I wouldn't want one to slip out around my grandparents or something! It's odd though, I do curse a lot in Spanish. Lol!

i have seen some people bursting into the act of yelling n cursing just as often as they breathe!... i dont know if they find it very heroic or they want to emphasize their views by putting it on a bad n high tone.. according to me cursing only reflects that ur personally very feeble to stand conditions not suitable to u... keeping ur calm is the real act of heroism n thats wat i prefer to abide by... be cool .. thats gotta be the policy for facing situations rather than hanging ur tongue out at every triffle..
