What is diffrence between LCD TV and PLASMA GOLD

There are lot of diffrence between lcd and plasma gold. What i know that the plasma gold can be visible in longer distance, and it can be viewed in the side view also as it appear nomarlly. Its picture clearity is very good than LCD TV. That's all i know.
