first off all what you need to do is to download a torrent client, utorrent is the best client out there now and its free too..so download utorrent from here http://www.utorrent.com/ once download is complete install it.on the utorrent window in the top right hand corner there is search box..type in the movie or the thing that you want to download..select the torrent site where you want to search..enter...you will be directed to that page..now download the small file from there and open this file using utorrent..it will do the rest..just wait...between try to keep a good ratio by also uploading.
