We are renting right now. In May, we are moving into a home that will be rent to own. The payments will then be cheaper then what we are paying just to rent now. I wish you the best & hope that you can get that rent to own thing going on soon. Good luck to you!

I have seen a few rent to own's in our area. Are they hard to get approved for? That might be a good starter for us. I just hate that while we are renting right now, we'r throwing are money away and not twards anything.

Dont really know. I guess it depends on were u live as far as how hard it is to be approved. How long have you been renting? If you have always made your payments on time & have a good history then it shouldnt be hard. The one that we are going to be renting to own will be avaliable in May. I think someone else is renting it right now & there contract is up then. We already have all the papers on it filled out & have our contract all filled out. I know what you mean. I hate renting. No matter how much you pay, it'll never be yours.

We own a house, although if we rented, we could live in a much nicer place. We just felt we had to get into the market while we still could.

We deffinately feel the same. I wish we could right now. the area that we live in is getting ahead of itself in building a ton of new developments so hopefully the market will drop drastically when they realize not that many people are moving in that quick and then we'll make a move.
