Paris Hilton out of jail

I just read that Paris got out of jail today- after serving THREE days of her 23 day sentence. Apparently she "couldn't handle it", and gets to spend the rest of her time on house arrest. This makes me so mad- it's just setting an example to show that you can get away with anything with no consequences if you have enough money! It's disgusting! If ANY other inmate had said "You know, I just can't handle this, can I go home?", they would be laughed at. This makes me so embarassed about our justice system!

I think the very same thing. It is ridiculous. Like being stuck on house arrest in a Beverly Hills Mansion is so bad. But Mommy and Daddy's money can get you out of anything i guess. Like you said, Great example.

I think what makes me really sad is that she could have really gotten something from the experience. A month of living with nothing could have really changed her perspective, but I don't think you can learn much of a lesson from 3 days.

I agree,this is just another example about what money can do. By the way, what Paris Hilton did for be considered a celebrity? A celebrity of bad examples for our youth people...

Proof positive that there are special laws for Celebs and Politicians. Wait til she kills a husband and then gets off for it.
