A big part of this was very unbelievable. Nash could have easily put the aluminum ladder like structure back in place for Mike to climb down to sew Antonio up. Even without that it was not that high; Mike could have hung and dropped or slid down, especially with Nash's help. Later Mike told Nash to be careful not to touch the outside of the sterile gloves when putting them on and then when he got there to take over he was touching the outside of the gloves he was putting on. They should at least make some effort for it to be realistic.
