well I meant some get paid a salary of $1000 a month. And they make no more or no less than that no matter how much they work over time that amount is it.

I understand now. It depends on the company in the uk. The last company I worked for, the limit was only £13,000. Other companies have much higher limits. My brother-in-law is limited at £30,000.

Thats what we have too in my state is 5.15 hourly. Your lucky if you find a non professional job that pays $7 an hour.

That is strange.

I know, it's how it works here. You can start working at a certain age (part time), but you get paid less than an adult. Even though I am an adult for the law, I get paid a lot less! So we do get taxes and all the stuff that's not fun to get when you're an adult, but we get paid a lot less. I agree it's strange and unfair.
