I don't think it's possible unless the fister has a very small fist and unless the fistee doesn't mind losing control of their bladder or bowels on occasion.

i know it can be done and that girl was screaming. not from the pain,but she enjoyed it so much not me!!!!!!

It can be very pleasurable, but you have to be able to relax completely. It takes time to get your partner as relaxed as she needs to be, and the person's hand doesn't have to be small. You just have to be able to relax. Lubrication is important, but if you take your time, nature will provide that.
