Friend referrals--can you do it any other way than one at a time?

I have quite a few friends on yahoo, and myspace that might be interested in this site. Is there anyway i can invite them all at the same time from here? Instead of doing it one at a time?

when you first sign up, there is a section where you copy/paste e-mails you want to send referrals to. Other than that i havent found another way once you sign up to do more than one at a time.

If there's such a thing please inform me also i only have 3 referrals and most if not all are not active any more...
