I've been a migraine sufferer for several years and tried numerous non-prescription migraine pain relief medications. But, none have worked to alleviate the intense pain. I am desperate to find a remedy, and was hoping that you might be able to suggest an all natural herbal remedy that would work. Thank you.

I'm sorry to hear that you've suffered so much with migraines. I used to get them once in a while in high school but fortunately haven't had a severe one in a couple of years. I've read that 5-HTP has been found to be very helpful in reducing the severity and frequency of migraines. It is available at most health food or vitamin stores. I've also read that if you increase your intake of Magnesium rich foods it can help reduce the frequency also. Lot of leafy greens, nuts & whole grains. If yours are caused by inflamation taking Omega 3 fish oil can help. It really helps keep inflamation down. I hope you can find something to help you. I can relate! LOL.

Hi there I just read a post on headaches and migraine about an hour ago, saying that ginger was really good for the headaches, migraines and also for vomitting... So try some ginger... Goodluck with the remedies and your discomfort...
