for those who want an efficient body

Its a very well known saying that "we should eat to live and not live to eat." Dieting is all anout following this. Our body is a machine which needs energy to run. As "Excess of everything is bad", excess of energy can also be dangerous for the body. We should provide our body with the suficient amount and right type of energy. In our day-to-day life, we come across a lot of edible things. Many of them are tempting, rest all are healthy:) Well this reminds me of one another saying "All that glitters is not gold". It can be redefined as "All that tempts is not healthy" to fit in our discussion. So, I am going to start the discussion with some good healthy tips in the form of DOs and DONTs... 1. DOs ------- -Exercise regularly -Add fiberous contents to your diet like fruits, salads, green vegetables. -Drink two liters of water daily. -Keep moving your body. 2. DONTs --------- -Skip a meal. -Take empty calories like soda, cold drinks, etc. -Keep your stomach empty for more than 3 hours in a day. -Sleep less than 6 hours a day. Lets add more points...
