I suffer headache

Hello,everybody.I always suffer headache.I think that is because of little sleep.Because when the night i can not sleep well.The next day my head is very hurt.And loss hair.That makes me very worried.And I found if I am not use my laptop I will have a good sleep.That means i will not sleep well after i use my laptop.But i can not do without my laptop.I like to surf online.
Do everyone like surf online?And have the same problem as me?

Your headaches may be caused by eye-strain from staring at your laptop screen for long periods of time. I get these types of headaches all the time. I can't really help you "kick" your surfing habit so that you'll sleep better - that's up to you ;)
You've mentioned losing some of your hair....that may be caused by excess stress in your life - losing hair is one of the signs of extreme stress/anxiety.

Hi, lifeluver.
I couldn't agree more. Sometimes, sitting in front of computer and staring at it can really make my eyes uncomfortable. What's more, stress or pressure always brings us troubles about health as we know.
