how old is your house were you stay at present

My family house at present we stay is more than 10 years old.

Mine is about 50 years ago :) One of the preserved houses in my city.

Ours is nine months old and we've been living in it for eight - it took about a month to finish all the last minute details (inspections, closing the loan, etc.) and get moved in. The house before that was fifteen years old.
