internet lottery scams

Somebody pliz come to my aid .I`m so much attacked by people who always send me mails saying I have won so many thousands of dollars or pounds .Is there any authority where I can report these organisations which are south African based? They might have robbed large # of people and they will continue doing so if no approprate action is taken against them

It is only some international crooks run these kinds of lotteries and only gullble people fall prey. Never entertain such e-mails. There are thousands who got cheated by these fly by night service people.
