what do u do before going to bed

Hi binny29! I spend most of my time in the Internet. Before going to bed i clean my makeup, have a hot water bath and then change to my night wear. This has almost become like a habit to me.

I brush my teeth, say goodnight to my online frind, turn off the computer. I check to see that no plates or the coffee maker is turned on. I make sure my boyfriend has his duvet on, I turn off the light, turn off the TV. I go to bed and read for a while before I hopefully fall asleep
