What do you think about Isaiah Washington being fired from Grey's Anatomy?

The official report came out today that Isaiah Washington who plays Dr. Burke on Grey's Anatomy has been fired and will not return next season. What's your opinion on the matter? Are you happy or sad?

I think ABC had to make changes, as people didn't approve of his name calling of another actor. He caused the network a lot of bad press and this is the only solution that will make ABC not lose a lot of viewers. Many of my friends stopped watching the show when he wasn't fired quickly.

I don't know of anyone that stopped watching because of him, but I do understand ABC's concerns.
