Do you jerking or tremble your legs?

While sitting on a chair or sofa or in bed, do you jerk or tremble your legs? I some time do it and do not know why. I also see many people do it but cannot ask why - is it nature or others. Let us share our views about this.

I think I do sometimes. Now that you've mentioned it, I am doing it right now. I do that alot when I am nervous about something. It is a weird habit and I don't really know why it happens either.
