A woman was dragged and killed by a light-rail
train today in Minneapolis, authorities said.
Now this comes in my mailbox. A news alert about a woman that missed her train so she bangs on the door etc. Read the story here. It's sad yet she really showed how dumb some people can be. Heres the link to the story. Unreal yet saddening to a point.

Very sad.
Did you hear about the disabled lad who got caught while crossing the road by a coach? (somewhere in America)
Strangely he said on the news he didn't notice he was attached to it or he was sure he would of ended up being killed or hurt.
Your story reminded me of that.. very sad tho,

The one in a wheelchair? I heard about a man in a wheelchair
got attatched to the front end of a truck I believe. Traveled
quite a ways at speeds up to 55MPH too. I can't recall the
details but funny to a point.

Well this proves my motto. "Stupidity should be painful" and apparently for this woman, it was. I can't believe that this even happened. I can't believe that her life ended because she was impatient and couldn't wait for another train to come along.

very sad.too easy to get hurt near trains if you aren't careful.they're probably going to need to start using platform attendants in stations/stops again at some point.
