hypnosis

I have never tried it before either. It does make me really curious though cause I've always wondered if it actually works. I guess it did for your grandmother though! That's really interesting. I don't smoke or anything, so I guess I don't really have a reason to try it though.

I had a friend and she tried to be hypnosis. She is a reall heavy smoke about a pack and half a day. She went for I think two or three sessions. It cost her a lot of money because her insurance would not cover any of the cost. It did not work for her. She is still smoking to this day. She tried the patch and a few others and can't seem to stop smoking. I told her it was because she doesn't wanan. When she wants to stop and it is for her reasons no one elses she will stop. I stopped after twenty seven years of smoking. My mom and dad stopped after over thirty years of smoking. You have to want to for you not for your mom dad, boyfriends, government or who ever. Once you personally have decided enough is enough you will be able to stop.
