How do you feel when you are misjudged?

This often happens especially when people jump to early conclusions. It is sometimes hard to accept for some due to pride and other reasons. How would you react if you were the one misjudged?

the best way is to 'bless them that curse you - speak all the good you can to and of them, who speak all evil to and of you. repay love in thought, word, and deed, to those who hate you, and show it both in word and deed. Luke 6:27,35.

That of course would be the most ideal of all...but helas such is not the case in real life!

it's the most ideal yet it can really be done if only we allow Him to control our lives. the question with most of us is that we don't trust Him. 'I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.' says Philippians 4:13. it's possible and it happens in real lives that people can do good to those who hate them for it 'delights the Lord every good thing we offer to others.' remember the fruits of the holy spirit? love; joy; peace; patience; kindness; goodness; faithfulness; gentleness; and SELF CONTROL.

i have been misjudged a lot of times in the past. at times, it really hurts big time. so much so that i would like to squeeze the life off of these people. lol! well, for as long as these peepz who misjudge me don't go the extent of destroying my integrity, i just let it pass. of course, more often than not, i just let it pass because i don't have to stoop down to their level. =)

Thats the way to treat it! Besides, you know better what you are capable of and what you truly mean to others. It is best to feel sorry for those who feel like destroying your person if that is what their intention for little do they know they are just doing more harm to themselves in the long run by saying total lies.

I am misjudged all the time. I got used to it. It hurt at first. I have more potential and smarts than at first glance. I am not a strong first impression but a helluva good follow through person. When I worked at a hotel I was complimented about alot to my supervisor and General Manager. It was hard for them to grasp because I was so reserved and quiet. They did not think me capable of all I accomplished. It led to me quitting and they apologized and offered a better pay if i came back, but it was too late. It hurts but if you don;t let people get to you, it is not so bad. The only opinion that should matter is your own.

It would make me upset...but i will challenge them and show them that they're wrong. It's not my lost anyway... I am just trying to be myself...It's hard to pretend and act what people wanted you to act. NO way.
