How much water do you drink?

I know they say it is very good for your health if you drink 8 glasses of water a day...who does that?! I know I dont..and it seems like a lot. I can drink 8 glasses of soda a day though! So how many of you acutally drink 8 glasses of water, do you acutally see or feel a diffrence? Im going to try my best to start doing it along with exercise.

Walking really is a great exercise. Walking is the absolute BEST exercise for diabetics. It is even better than running. It helps to keep blood sugars under control. It burns up the garbs we eat and helps burn calories as well. It also helps to regulate weight. Walking really is a great exercise. , it gives good exercise to all u body and u can loose weight and u can enjoy u life, daily i walk four kilometers i am health and i lost weight.

the amount of water i drink depends on the weather actually. when its summer, a really humid summer, usually i drink a lot of water.. but when its just a regular day, i guess the water i drink is just not enough to reach the 8-glasses-of-water-a-day requirement. most of the time, juice helps me have the enough liquid intake a day. juice and ice. ice is a big factor indeed. especially here in our country.

I drink through atleast two 1 litre bottles everyday...that makes about 10 glasses....and that doesn't include the juices and coffee and tea i drink extra.So u can definitely drink 8 glasses of water a day...but you make up for it by drinking soda i guess.Anyway the climate in my place is terribly hot.so it also plays a part in my drinking behaviour

I must admit, I rally don't drink enough water. I don't like that it's tasteless and I'm a big soda girl myself. When I started cutting down on soda, a friend of mine suggested Propel. I got used to it because at least I don't feel like I'm drinking water. Right now, I try to buy the plain bottled water, but I still drink more juice thatn water.
