i have 19 referrals but...

i have 19 referrals ...but only 1 of them is active....i dont know how to tell them to earn...lol...i sound kinda selfish but i want them to get active here... what should i tell them... PLease suggest!

It is almost impossible , i had 9 referrals but none of them is active yea .. after all we can't be begging them yea .... anyway i had been earning more by myself yea
