a couple of days ago, when i wanted to register a forum, they master said i have to send a pm to be activated. i sent a pm to say that i'm a chinese, the master replied that usually chiese are poor in english, but yours seemed to be very good, and he gave a consent. and i thought to myself, are chiese really poor in English? no at least better than japanese, i thought.

maybe you can reply him: foreigner is poor in Chinese. That's very difficult to learn. I think, english is very easy to learn in all language. If you meet the franch or german, that's really trouble

i think the forum master was just generalising, which is not fair. many people speak the english language, even if they aren't fantastic at it. infact you will find that it is us english speaking people (as our mother toung) that are pretty bad at speaking other languages lol.

Well don't worry about them. Some people who do speak English are poor in English. They are just ignorant in this. Don't let them affect you in any way.
