e-gold log-in problem

Help me... Did you ever encounter with this message on e-gold? I cannot log in..
Unable to login to account.
Access denied
The IP you are using to access the e-gold website (2**.***.2**.**) appears to be either an open proxy or otherwise exploited. You will not be permitted to access e-gold services from this IP while this condition continues.
Your first order of business to restore access should be to make sure that you are computing securely. Please read and implement e-gold's Security Recommendations.
After you have resolved any security issues, including virus removal, it may take a day or two for your access to be re-enabled.

if you can't login to e-gold because of the warnin 'access denied', please follow the instruction below. this may be your last visit to e-gold because mylot will not use the services of e-gold anymore.
use a proxy server like www.kproxy.com and from there write down the website of e-gold in the box provided for. it should be www.e-gold.com. in few minutes you will be directed to the e-gold site. you can now loin to e-old and transfer your e-old to PGX using their spend menu and filling up the e-old payment order slip.
