i feel so upset, depressed. i really cried a lot for losing my mobile phone, i feel so guilty, careless and everything, coz it was only 2 months ago when i lost my other mobile on that supermarket and here it comes now my favorite cellphone was lost again, i feel so guilty about myself, i havent learn for the lesson last time when i lost the first one, but all i remember is i put my cellphone on my bag, maybe i forgot to zipped my bag, it feels me upset and depressed because it was the birthday gift of my husband to me last december and now i've lost it, it seems that i didnt give so much care for the present that my husband's gave me. My husband called me already and he said i dont have to waste my tears for that gadget he can change it even 5 times, he told me that he'll be mad at me when i dont stop cryin' and thinkin' of what had happen to me. He also told me that it will serve as a lesson to me and all i need to do is not to cry but insted learn from my experience and next i need to be careful, that i might not wait till a much worst thing happen before i'll be carefull in everything i do. But my point is that gadget had a sentimental value to me, all his text was saved in there, all my contacts i dont even have a copy, all my pictures my music my list of email address and passwords and even my moneybook account and password was there. Everything was saved in my mobile phone. Am so careless.... The picture below is what my cellphone looks like..

Im sorry that you have lost your phone. Because mobile phones are a part and parcel of everyone life today. Infact I use my mobile phone for almost all the activity of day to day life. I have all data in my mobile, which I need at any time of the day. I have my notes, contact, calender, music, files and many more in my PDA. So, losing a phone is really a painful one. So, be careful hereafter, and dont worry about the lost one. Also, try to keep all your data in the phone backed up regularly.

I am sorry to hear that you lost your cell phone as I know it can be hard on a person, especially if you have messages or other special things that you have stored on there. I have a holster for my belt to hold my cell phone in so that I will not lose it. You may want to use a holster to hold your phone if you wear belts. It is very handy and have not hd a problem with losing my phone. It was nice that your husband was so understanding.

i'm sure everyone will be upset when they lost something precious or important to them.I also have the same experience but the mobile phone was not mine,is my brother.I borrowed his mobile phone when i went to School Sports day.I didn't felt anything when the mobile phone is lost. So,next time i'll be careful of my things like mobile phone or wallet or any precious things that i got.I think maybe you misplace your mobile phone, just try to search it again.I also sometime misplace my mobile phone and i thought i was lost but when i try and try to look it again and again,i found it.I hope you will be careful next time.

I can understand you and know how sad you feel.I have lost my cell phone twice in past 2 years,I really do not know how the thief steal my phone,I hate them very much. but I think I should blame myself, because of my careless, giving the chance to thief to get my phone. Be careful next time, and do not be so sad.everything will be okay.

I know what you feel and that really sucks. You keep on blaming yourself for what happened. But hey, its not yet the end of the world. hehe! .. Kidding aside, it will pass. In no time you'll see, you'll get over it. Your husband's right. Just make sure next time, u'll take an extra care with your things especially when u-r out. Cheer up! (",)

Awww archer, so sorry to hear about your lost mobile. Its a good thing your husband was cool with it. Bizarre things always happened and you're not the only one. I'm also a victim of lost mobile that disappeared like magic. I can understand what you're feeling. But I didn't cry but upset and sad at the same time. Mine is a month old only and I saved my money for months just to buy a new one. My old one was practically ancient and went through 3 years of abuse from me. Cheer up. We all tend to be careless from time to time. A lesson learned for all of us and just move on.

thanks charms, here in our country all lost materials is imposible to give back to the owner again, only a kind hearted one will do, i still have one her the replacement of the other mobile that i first lost, actually this is the second time, but the first time 'twas my brother who carried that mobile and it didnt affect me at all because i got that mobile for free in one of our network company here, and this recent incident has a sentimental value to me, but you are all right i have to learn a very important lesson in losing that one... hope no more next time...

It is better to keep mobiles wrapped with strings and wear as neck tie, though it looks little odd but is far better to save your gadget from losing by putting it anywhere. Today every mobile is coming with facility to wrap the silk strings. I always use it. Rarely I keep my mobile open and keep anywhere.

My mobiles are also like my little diaries adn some text messages are personal and I would like to keep them. It is horrible when you loose your phone. Have you tried those things that you can wear your mobile phone around your neck with, maybe that woudl be a better idea. ALso hope I am not being too intrusive but it may be better to keep such things as your accout numbers ect separately from your phone as imagine if your handbag had gone too? You could have lost more than just your phone and messages.

Call the cellphone every day, they might still have your SIM card, also talk to your company about lockign the phone remotely, they cna do if the SIM card is still there. If they do it will stop the phone form working for an unlimited time, so they can't sell it.

we tried, but i cant contact it already, maybe they use new simcard, so that we dont trace it, i cant report it to the company where we purchased it and the receipt was misplace already, i dont even know the serial number of that mobile..
