How can you identify that a person is a gay or a Lesbian?

How to identify person whether he is gay or she is lesbian??? How they differ from normal human beings?

If we are expert we can simply identify these persons very well. With the way of talking, laughfing, walking, response to things like that. I can easly identify them. One of my friend who is found of women can easily identify his required women easily from a mob. He is expert in that. So I think that every body has this power.
