Why do you take them? Do you think they make a difference?

Yes, I always take vitamin pills. I think they are important for my health. I am a busy sort of person and I eat the things I like. I probably get plenty of Vitamin C from the fruit I eat. I am sure I don't think that I get enough iron, omega or vitamin B12 though. So in addition I also take iron tablets and omega pills. When I am travelling I just take the vitamin pills other wise it would take up too much space in my luggage.

I take Flintstones vitamins; I've been taking them for as long as I can remember, and I'm already a teenager. I don't feel much of a difference, except maybe the illusion of a clearer mind with the B-complex vitamins. And yes, most vitamins don't work on an empty stomach; you need other foods to process the nutrients of vitamin supplements.

I take them sometimes, but they say it is better to get them out of your diet. A lot of vitamins need certain other nutrients to be processed correctly.
